Dosage
• Insipids central insipids Adult & child At first 0.1 mg 3x/hr. Daily dose: 0.2-1.2 mg. Regimation optimum: 0.1-0.2 mg 3x/hr. • Primary nocturnal enures first 0.2 mg at bedtime, can increase to 0.4 mg if doses are not effective enough. • Noktural Early 0.1 mg before bed, can be increased to 0.2 mg then 0.2 mg then be 0.4 mg per week if the dose is not effective enough.
