3 months to 2 years 3 to 7 drops above 2 years 8 to 12 drops for effective use in an air-conditioned furnace with a maximum size of 3 x 3 m for use in tissues / handkerchiefs, simply place it next to a child's head at 20 → 30 cm.

Drop it on the handkerchief, or in the warm water, breathe in the steam.
