Description
Carbidu is a drug used to reduce serious allergic reactions and suppress the inflammatory processes that occur in the body. Carbidu contains Dexamethason, an anti-inflammatory drug of the corticooid class. Dexamethasone works by forming a steroid-protein receptor complex by cutting through a cell membrane. In parts of the protein syntax, it binds with DNA in the nucleus of the cell.

Indication
Inflammatory, allergic, immunological disorders that do not respond to other treatments such as bronkhial asthma, reumatoid arthritis, allergic dermatitis, nephrotic syndrome.

Warning
Congestive heart failure, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, infectious disease, chronic kidney failure, uremia, advanced age, pregnancy.
Side Effects
Retensive fluid & electrolyte, increase in vulnerability to infection, stunted growth, cushingoid stage, amenore, mental disorder, intractial hypertension. Acute pancreatitis, osteonocrosis aseptic.
