PARETAMOL PROMED 120MG/5ML SYR 60ML has a working mechanism directly at the nerve center by affecting the pain threshold by inhibiting enzymes cyclooxygase, COX-2 and COX-3 which are involved in prostaglandin formation, so it helps relieve pain like a toothache and can reduce fever. Every 5 ml contains Paramolel 120m.

*0-1 years : 1⁄2 spoons a day 3-4 times a day.=1-2 years: 1 spoons a year 3-4 times a day.=2-6 years: 1 2 spoons a day 3-4 times a day.=6-9 years: 2-3 spoons a year 3-4 times a day.=9-12 years: 3-4 spoons a day.
Storage
Keep it cool and dry, and avoid direct sunlight.
Warning
A patient with a severe liver disorder can increase the potential for liver damage.
