A drug used for combination therapy with sulfonylurea or metformin in type 2 diabetes melitus patients who are out of control with sulfonylurea and metformin monotherapy.

How to Use
It can be shared or without food.
Warning
When menstrual dysfunction occurs, consider the risks and benefits of continuing the pioglytazone giving. Piogltazone is not recommended for type 1 diabetes meltus or ketoacidosis. Pregnancy and legation.
Side Effects
A side effect of the combination of pioglitazone with metformin: anemia, increased weight gain, headaches, vision disorder, artalgia, hematuria. A side effect of pioglytazone with sulfonylurea: increased weight gain, hypoglycemia, increased lactate darydrogenase, increased appetite, dizziness, headaches, vertigo, visual disorder, sweat, proteinuria, fatigue.
