Description
Glimepiride Dexa is a drug used for type 2 anti diabetes therapy to reduce blood sugar levels. Glimepiride is a sulfonilurea drug. Glimepiride works by stimulating the release of insulin from the beta-cell pancreas and reducing glucose emissions from the liver and increasing insulin sensitivity on the peripheral target site. Notes: Anti- diabetes oral drugs should be used only if patients cannot control blood sugar levels with diet and exercise alone. Glimeride can be provided either with metformin and insulin. &bsp;
