Indication
Patients who showed clinical signs of CHF the first few days after acute infards to reduce the risk of infarc miocards, strokes, cardiovascular deaths or the need for revascular procedures on patients >= 55 years with clinical evidence of PJK, stroke or peripheral disease. Patient DM > = 55 or more risk factors: hypertension, high cholesterol, smoker, known microalculia, previous vascular disease.
