Dosage
Adult: Early doses: 10 mg/day.osis can be adjusted to 80 mg/day. Primary hypercosterolemia & mix 10 mg/day. Hypercosterolemia relative homozygotege 80 mg/day. Hypercoresterolemia relative heterozygot Child 10 mg/day. Maximum: 20 mg/day.
How to Use
It can be shared or without food.
Storage
Keep it cool and dry, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight.
Warning
Increase trasnaminase. Avoid alcohol consumption during therapy. Mialgia & miopathy.
Side Effects
GI disorder, mialgia, astenia, insomnia, allergic reaction, pruritus, impotence, peripheral neuropathy.
