Description
Tricker contains active substance Ranitidine which is included in the H2-receptor antagonist and is used to deal with diseases caused by excess gastric acid production, such as ulcers and stomach ulcers. Work mechanisms from Ranitidine are: • Interferring competitively the work of histamine receptors H2, which are receptors that contribute to the secretion of gastric acids. The production of gastric acid will decreased as resulting from the suppression of the H2 receptor working in both the resting condition and the stimulation of food, histamine, and insulin. &bs;

Pregnant and breast-feeding female with kidney function disorder.
Side Effects
diarrhea, muscle pain, dizziness, skin rash, nausea, constipation, decrease in number of white blood cells and platelets, increased levels of creatine serum and hypersensitivity reactions.
