Dosage
Adult : For the prevention of nausea and vomiting post-op: 8 mg 1 hour before anesthesia, then 8 mg every 8 mg an hour to 16 hours. For chemotherapy is very emethogenic : Early 8 mg inj IV is slow or IV for 15 minutes before chemotherapy, then IV is continyu 1 mg to 24 hours or 2 doses 24 mg by IV or 15 minutes per minute with 4 hours. Each regiment is continued at 8 mg every 12 hours per day. For lack of emogenic chemotherapy: 8 mg IV slow or 15 mgamph during 15 mg of oral chemotherapy hours before oral surgery, followed by 8 mlg each day, with 5 ml of nausea per day.
