VOMISTOP 10MG TABLET
Description
Vomistop is the lowest dose of vomiting produced by Gracia Pharmindo Indonesia. Vomistop contains domperidone whose use should be adjusted to the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary in controlling nausea and vomiting. It is recommended to consume this drug before it is taken because if taken after the intake of this Vomistop drug will be delayed. Vomistop containing dompidone has a moderate and weighty counterinformation. If the use of Vomistop medication occurs in the kidney, the frequency of dose is reduced to 1 or 2 percent depend upon damage. On patients who need a long therapy should do routine for their kidneys.

Indication
Adult : acute nausea and vomiting (not recommended for postop prevention) due to the use of levodopa & bromocriptin for > 12 weeks; cymmatic therapy dyspepsia functional. Child: nausea and vomiting due to cancer & radiotherapy chemotherapy

Dosage
Adult dyspepsia functionality: 10-20 mg 3 x a day & 10-20 mg 1 p.m. night sleep. The maximum length of 12 weeks. adult vomiting (including 10-20 mg) at 4-8 hours intervals. Child 0.2-0.4 mg/hg BB/day interval 4-8 hours.
How to Use
It was given 15 to 30 minutes before the meal.
Warning
Not recommended for long-term use, patient with liver and kidney dysfunction, pregnant and lactating.
Side Effects
cedation, distonic extrapiramidal reaction, parkinson disease, tardif discinesia (in adulthood and older), galitone, ginekomastia, dry mouth, headaches, diarrhea, skin rash, thirst, itch
